摘要：中医学认为人是由形、气、神三个要素构成的。藏象也正是以形态组织结构为基础,以气、神为功能、信息的生命系统。中医学对藏象的认识,与古代哲学紧密联系,建立在“象思维”基础上对藏象形的认识,进而开展对脏腑功能的深入研究,也体现了中医重道轻器的思想。本文从“形气神”着手,基于“形气神”谈中医学的肾,通过论述肾形、肾气、肾神及之间的关系,深化中医肾的理解,以期为临床治疗不同层次的肾病奠定理论依据、提供新的思路。
TCM holds that human beings are composed of three elements: body, Qi and Shen. The theory of viscera is a life system based on form of structure and function of Qi and Shen. The understanding of viscera in TCM is closely related to ancient philosophy. It is based on the “image thinking” to understand the body, and then to carry out in-depth study of the functions of viscera, which also reflects the idea that TCM attaches great importance to the Tao and despises the organ. This article talked about the Kidney of TCM based on Body- Qi -Shen. By discussing the relationships among Kidney-body (material), Kidney- Qi (energy) and Kidney-Shen(information), it deepened the understanding of the Kidney, in order to lay a theoretical foundation and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of different levels of Kidney diseases.
