摘要：中药是我国优秀传统文化的瑰宝,历来因“效果好、不良反应”而被广泛称赞。近年来,随着中药的广泛应用,其不良反应事件时有报道。毒性中药是指毒性强,安全范围小,应用不当或在正常用法用量下容易发生毒性反应的中药。据统计,《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)共收录毒性中药83种,其中标识有大毒的中药10种,有毒中药42种,小毒中药31种。文章通过查阅中国知网、维普、万方等数据库,对近年来有关毒性中药及其所致的脏器毒性(肝毒性、肾毒性、心毒性等)、物质基础、临床表现、作用机制等方面进行综述,以期为毒性中药的毒性研究及临床合理应用提供重要参考依据。
TCM medicine is a treasure of my country’s excellent traditional culture.It has always been widely praised for its“good effect and low adverse reaction”.In recent years,with the widespread use of TCM medicine,adverse events have been reported from time to time.Toxic TCM medicine refers to a TCM medicine with strong toxicity,small safety range,improper application or toxic reaction under normal usage and dosage.According to statistics,the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China includes 83 types of toxic TCM medicines,of which 10 are marked with major toxicity,and 42 are toxic,and 31 are less toxic.In this paper,by consulting related literature in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and other databases in recent years,the toxic TCM medicines and the organ toxicity(hepatotoxicity,nephrotoxicity,cardiotoxicity,etc.)caused by them,material basis,clinical manifestations,mechanism of action and so on were reviewed to provide an important reference for the toxicity research and clinical rational application of toxic TCM medicine.
