摘要：目的了解甘肃省外出务工农民流动去向以及生病时的就医取向。方法采取问卷调查和随机访谈相结合的方法。结果甘肃省外出务工人口多,流向集中,异地生病人口多,就医取向多为甘肃本省及西安市大型综合医院。结论为完善新型农村合作医疗制度,提高新型农村合作医疗服务水平,推动新型农村合作医疗可持续发展,应积极探索建立快捷有效的新型农村合作医疗异地结报方式,以满足外出务工的参合农民异地就医的现实需要。
OBJECTIVE To learn the job orientation of peasants＇ in Gansu Province whose work in cities and the orientation of hospitalization when they are ill.METHOD The method of combining the questionnaire and interview as random is used.RESULT Their works are usually focused on few cities and the number of sick peasants is large,and they often want to see the doctor in a general hospital in Gansu Province or in Xi＇an City of Shanxi Province.CONCLUSION To perfect the new rural cooperative medical system,enhance the service and promote it to develop in continuous,govern should seek to set up a practical and effective real-time settlement and reimbursement system,in order to meet the peasants＇ needs of participating in the new rural cooperative medical system.
