摘要：目的：探讨不同浓度的当归贝母苦参丸含药血清抑制胃癌SGC-7901、MKN-45细胞增殖作用及其相关机制。方法：不同浓度含药血清处理SGC-7901细胞后,（1）MTT法测定细胞活力;（2）流式细胞术检测细胞周期;（3）Transwell侵袭实验及划痕实验观察侵袭能力和转移能力。结果：不同浓度的当归贝母苦参丸含药血清均能抑制细胞增殖,在10%浓度时抑制作用达最大值;侵袭及划痕实验示：含药血清干预后细胞侵袭及转移能力减弱;流式细胞术检测显示：含药血清干预后细胞S期比例下降,G0~G1期比例上升。结论：当归贝母苦参丸含药血清可以抑制SGC-7901细胞增殖,减弱其侵袭转移能力,其机制可能与其干预细胞周期有关。
Objective： To investigate the effects of different concentrations of Angelica Flavescens Fritillaria Pill medicated serum on cell cycle, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901 with its related mechanisms. Methods ： After treatment on gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901 with different concentrations of Angelica Flavescens Fritillaria Pill medicated serum, the following methods were used： （ 1 ）MTT was employed to test the vialibity of gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901. （2）The flow eytometry was used to detect cell cycle. （ 3 ）Transwell and scratch adhesion test was used to detect the invasion and metastasis abilities. Results ： Angelica Flavescens Fritillaria Pill medicated serum of different concentrations can inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cell lines, and medicated serum of 10% concentration reached a maximum inhibition. Transwell and scratch adhesion test showed that medicated serum could reduce migration and metastasis of gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901. The flow cytometry analysis showed medicated serum could shorten S phase of cells, and increase G0-G1 phase. Conclusion ： Angelica Flavescens Fritillaria Pill medicated serum could inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cell lines, weakening its invasion and migration capacity and the mechanisms of which may be related to the intervention of cell cycle.
