摘要：筋病为临床中的常见疾病,包括筋痹、伤筋、筋挛及经筋病等,近年临床证实温通针法对此类疾病的治疗具有操作简便、起效快、疗程短等特点。本研究通过从颈、肩、腰、膝等特殊的生理解剖结构及经络分布分析总结,郑氏温通针法在治疗筋病中取特定穴位施以手法操作可达到显著疗效,以期更好促进郑氏针法的临床应用与继承创新。
Tendon diseases are common clinical diseases,including tendon Bi,tendon injury,cramps,meridian-sinew diseases.In recent years,it has been proved that warming needling method has the advantages of simple operation,quick effect and short course of treatment.This study summarized warming needling method from aspects of physiological anatomy of the neck,shoulder,waist,and knee,as well as from the distribution of meridians.It pointed out ZHENG’s warming needling method can achieve significant effect in the treatment of tender disease when applying specific manipulations to specific points,aming to promote its clinical application,inheritance,and innovation of this needling method.
