摘要：目的建立HPLC与HPCE结合测定复方湿生扁蕾胶囊中木犀草素、当药黄素、当药醇苷及槐定碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱含量的方法。方法采用HPLC测定木犀草素、当药黄素、当药醇苷的含量,采用HPCE测定槐定碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的含量。结果在确定的色谱条件下,复方湿生扁蕾胶囊中木犀草素、当药黄素、当药醇苷及槐定碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱均被很好地分离。结论本试验建立的HPLC与HPCE联合测定法准确可靠,可用于复方湿生扁蕾胶囊中木犀草素、当药黄素、当药醇苷、槐定碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish the method of HPLC and HPCE to determine the contents of luteolin,swertisin, swertianolin, sophordine, matrine and oxymatrine in compound Shisheng Bianlei Capsules. Methods HPLC was used to determine the contents of luteolin, swertisin, and swertianolin. HPCE was used to determine the contents of sophordine, matrine and oxymatrine. Results Under a certain chromatographic conditions, luteolin, swertisin,swertianolin, sophordinei, matrine and oxymatrine in the compound Shisheng Bianlei Capsules were well separated.Conclusion The establishment of HPLC and HPCE combined determination method is accurate and reliable, and can be used to content determination of luteolin, swertisin, swertianolin, sophordine, matrine and oxymatrine in compound Shisheng Bianlei Capsules.
