摘要：目的观察神阙外敷联合艾灸治疗脾肾亏虚型原发性肾病综合征50例的临床效果。方法将100例脾肾亏虚型原发性肾病综合征患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用神阙穴中药外敷联合艾灸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、空腹体重量、腹围、胫前周径、水肿评分、生化指标水平及中医证候积分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第7、14天,两组患者的空腹体重量、腹围、胫前周径、水肿评分均降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的尿总量及血清白蛋白水平均升高,24 h尿蛋白定量均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的形寒肢冷、腰膝酸软及倦怠乏力积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神阙外敷联合艾灸可提高脾肾亏虚型原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenque external application combined with moxibustion on 50 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods A total of 100 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine external application of Shenque acupoint combined with moxibustion on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,fasting body weight,abdominal circumference,tibial diameter,edema score,biochemical indexes and TCM score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the 7th and 14th day of treatment,fasting body weight,abdominal circumference,tibial diameter and edema score of both groups decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the total urine volume and plasma albumin levels of the two groups increased,and the 24 h urine protein quantification decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cold limbs,soreness and weakness of waist and knee,and languid reduced in both groups,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenque external application combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of primary nephrotic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidneyc.
