摘要：腰椎间盘突出症是临床上最常见的腰腿痛疾患之一,对生产劳动和生活影响较大,故应积极进行防治。通过对近年来国内发表的有关穴位埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究文献进行归类整理,探讨穴位埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效和不足之处,为进一步提高穴位埋线治疗临床各种疾病的疗效提供可靠的理论依据,提升其临床研究水平。
Lumbar disc herniation is one of the most common clinical diseases in patients with lumbar and leg pain, which have a great influence in work and life. Therefore, it should be prevented and controlled. This article classified clinical research literatures published at home and abroad in recent years for the treatment using acupuncture point bury line in lumbar disc herniation. Also, the efficacy and potential shortcomings of acupuncture point bury line treatment for lumbar disc herniation were investigated, which provided reliable theoretical basis for enhancing the level of the clinical research and improving the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture point bury line treatment for clinical diseases.
