摘要：作者通过整理近10年关于中风后吞咽障碍的文献研究相关资料,发现吞咽障碍不仅成为中风病的一种高发症状,且严重影响着患者的社会日常生活。在现今的临床治疗中,中医特色治疗与康复训练相结合的治疗方法已成为临床推广使用的治疗方案,疗效显著。针灸作为一项治疗吞咽障碍的特色方式亦在逐步完善发展,但作者发现在众多的文献研究中中风后口腔期吞咽障碍患者治疗研究资料相对较少。故该文通过对舌针针刺治疗的总结及其作用机制的探讨,观察舌针治疗中风后口腔期吞咽障碍的临床效应,意在开拓临床医师的创新思维,将现代新兴康复治疗技术与舌针针刺相结合,进行更深层次的研究探索。
By arranging the relevant data of literature research on dysphagia after stroke in the past 10 years,the author found that dysphagia has not only become a high-incidence symptom of stroke,but also seriously affects the social and daily life of patients.In today’s clinical treatment,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and rehabilitation training has become a clinically popularized treatment plan with remarkable curative effect.Acupuncture and moxibustion,as a characteristic method for the treatment of dysphagia,is gradually improving and developing,but the authors found that there are relatively few research data on the treatment of patients with dysphagia in the oral phase after stroke among the numerous literature studies.Therefore,by summarizing the acupuncture treatment of tongue acupuncture and discussing its mechanism of action,this paper observes the clinical effect of tongue acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia in the oral stage after stroke,aiming to develop the innovative thinking of clinicians and combine modern emerging rehabilitation therapy technology with tongue.Acupuncture and acupuncture are combined for deeper research and exploration.
