摘要：目的了解甘肃省回族山区牧区妇女对妇科检查的认知度和参与情况。方法采用全国第五次国家卫生服务调查的《家庭健康询问调查表》,于2014年7—9月抽取甘肃省临夏回族自治州经济发展水平不同的永靖县、康乐县和临夏县3县9镇27村1 033名15~64岁妇女进行入户调查,运用多因素Logistic回归模型等进行分析。结果回族妇女妇科检查接受率与汉族妇女相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60岁以上组和15~29岁组妇女参与率较低。女性医生提供服务、去年住院、检查结果反馈及时有效是回族妇女接受妇科检查的保护因素。结论应加强少数民族地区妇科检查宣传,加强少数民族女性妇科医生培养,定期对少数民族妇女开展免费妇科检查等。
Objectvies To understand the cognition and participation rate of receviing gynecological examination for Hui ethnic minority women in Gansu Province.Methods ＆quot;The Family Health Questionnaire＆quot; of the fifth National Health Services Survey was used to carry out the investigation.1 033 women aged 15 to 64 years were chosed to carry out the household survey from 27 villages of Yongjing,Kangle,Linxia where economic development levels were different in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu Province.Results There are statistically significant differences in the rates of receviing gynecological examination between Hui and Han women（P〈 0.05）.The participation rates were lower in group above 60 years old and group of 15-29 years old.Female doctors providing services,hospitalization in last year,feedbacking examination results timely and effectviely were protectvie factors of wemen receviing gynecological examination.Conclusions We should strengthen the propaganda of the importance of gynecological examination,cultviate ethnic minority female gynecological doctors and organize free gynecological examination regularly for ethnic minority women.
