摘要：目的对正畸儿童龉齿病口腔的综合治疗方法进行探讨,并对临床的治疗效果进行分析。方法选择2013年7月至2014年7月期间,来我院前来进行正畸治疗的100例儿童患者作为此次医学研究的对象,然后随机分配治疗组合对照组,治疗组是采用综合口腔防治的方法,对照组的儿童则才采用常规的正畸治疗,并不采取综合治疗的医疗方式,在医治的过程中采取随访的方式对其进行观察,观察时间为6个月,然后对比两组儿童患者的龋指数、乳酸杆菌的指数、变形链球菌的计数以及龋齿发生的概率,最后进行治疗效果的评价。结果通过观察,采用常规治疗方式的对照组,其龋指数、乳酸杆菌的指数、变形链球菌的计数要明显的高于治疗组的儿童,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论才用综合防治的措施可以有效对正畸儿童的口腔疾病进行治疗,并能够有效地防治龋齿的发生。
Objective Of Yu of orthodontic children tooth disease oral comprehensive treatment method are discussed, and analyze the effect of clinical treatment.Methods From July 2014 to July 2013, 100 children with children who were treated in our hospital were selected as the object of medical research. The treatment group was treated with comprehensive oral treatment. The control group was treated with conventional orthodontic treatment. The patients were followed up for 6 months. Then the dental caries index, the number of lactic acid bacteria, and the probability of dental caries were compared.Results By observation, the control group with conventional treatment, the caries index, lactic acid bacteria index, and the number of Streptococcus pneumoniae were significantly higher than those in the treatment group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion To use comprehensive prevention and cure measures can effectively treat the children's oral diseases, and can effectively prevent the occurrence of dental caries.
