摘要：《素问·阴阳应象大论》:"阳化气,阴成形"化气与成形是事物两种不同的运动和存在形式。自然界万物的生化,人体的新陈代谢,均可概括为"阳化气,阴成形"。肿瘤的发生在于阴阳失调,阳气不足,"阴成形"太过,使有形痰湿瘀等邪气停留堆积而成,痰瘀停留的部位往往是阳气最薄弱的部位。机体虚实寒热错杂,阴阳失调是发病的基础,阳不足为根源,阴成形是表现,治疗原则以固护阳气为本。
＂ yang transforming qi and yin shaping up body＂ are things of two different kinds of sports and form in Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun of Plain Questions. Biochemical nature of all things and the metabolism of human body can be summed up as ＂ yang qi,yin forming＂. The occurrence of tumor is lies in the imbalance of yin and yang. Lack of yang and more ＂ yin forming＂ make pathogenic qi such as tangible phlegm, dampness and stasis stay accumulation. Retention of phlegm and blood stasis is often the site of the weakest part of yang. In a word, the body is a complex organism which is deficiency cold and excess heat. Disharmony of yin and yang is the basis of pathogenesis, yang deficiency as the root, and yin forming is performance. Treatment principle is based on solid to protect the yang qi.
