摘要：精选了郑老在揣穴、进针、行针候气、守气等几个方面的临证实践经验。突出介绍了取穴、进针应双手操作、重用左手的具体方法和必要性 ,善用温通法治疗疑难杂症的经验 ,“热补”及“凉泻”的操作手法 ,改革。
Zheng Kuishan's clinical experiences on identification of a point by massage, needle insertion, waiting for coming of needling sensation during acupuncture treatment, keeping needling sensation and others were introduced, especially, experiences on concrete methods and necessity of acupoint selection, needle insertion with both hands, and more left hand, and treatment of difficult and complicated syndromes with warm obstruction-removing method, manipulation method of 'cool reducing' and 'hot reinforcing', and improvement and development of clinically applicable daily of Zi Wu Liu Zhu of new type.
