摘要：变应性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)又称过敏性鼻炎,是一种由变应原激发并通过免疫球蛋白E(Immunoglobulin E,IgE)介导的鼻黏膜炎性疾病,现行治疗方法主要是药物治疗(对症治疗),免疫治疗,疗程较长且不易根治,中医中药对此有较好疗效。裴正学教授在传统中医思想的基础上结合自身独特治法,对治疗此病效果甚佳。本文通过分析变应性鼻炎的病因病机,结合现代临床思路与中医治疗经验,论述裴正学教授在理解《伤寒论》的思路基础上,审慎组方,治疗变应性鼻炎的经验,并举案例两例说明。
Allergic rhinitis is a non-infectious inflammatory disease of nasal mucosa mediated mainly by IgE after exposure to allergens.Current treatment methods are mainly symptomatic and immunotherapy,has a long course and is not easy to cure.TCM medicine has a good effect on this.By analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis with modern clinical thinking and treatment experience of TCM medicine,this paper expounds Professor Pei Zhengxue’s experience in treating allergic rhinitis on the basis of understanding the thinking of Shanghan Lun(《伤寒论》),prudently formulating prescriptions and giving two cases to illustrate.
