摘要：目的:研究柳茶挥发油的抑菌及抗氧化活性。方法:并采用杯碟法和微量稀释法,测定了柳茶挥发油的抑菌活性;其抗氧化活性测定采用测定清除自由基(DPPH)能力的方法。结果:柳茶挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢菌有较强的抑制作用,但对铜绿假单胞菌的作用很弱。该挥发油还具有一定的清除自由基的能力。结论:柳茶挥发油可以在食品、化妆品及医药工业中作为抑菌和抗氧化剂。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of the essential oil of Sibiraea angustata. METHODS The antimicrobial activity of the oil was evaluated by using the broth dilution method and cylinder plate method, antioxidant activity of the oil was evaluated by using DPPH methods. RESULTS The essential oil showed the strongest inhibi- tory effect against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, whereas no inhibitory effect was found against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the results also indicated that the essential oil had the capacity to scavenge free radicals. CONCLUS1ON The es- sential oil of Sibiraea angustata could be suitable for using as antimicrobial and antioxidative agents in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industry.
