摘要：胃癌是全球范围内高发的恶性肿瘤之一,顺铂作为化疗药物在胃癌治疗中占有重要地位。然而,顺铂耐药性的发展限制了其临床应用效果。近年来,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在肿瘤耐药性中的作用逐渐成为研究热点。本文综述了lncRNA在胃癌顺铂耐药中的研究进展,探讨了lncRNA的生物学功能及其在耐药机制中的潜在作用,并展望了lncRNA作为治疗靶点的前景。
Gastric cancer is one of the most prevalent malignant tumors worldwide,and cisplatin plays a significant role as a chemotherapy drug in its treatment.However,the development of cisplatin resistance limits its clinical efficacy.In recent years,the role of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)in tumor drug resistance has gradually become a research hotspot.In this article,we review the research progress of lncRNA in cisplatin resistance in gastric cancer,discuss the biological function of lncRNA and its potential role in the drug resistance mechanism,and look forward to the prospect of lncRNA as a therapeutic target.
