摘要：目的分析1993-2023年中医药治疗腰肌劳损研究热点与趋势。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)收录的1993年1月1日-2023年12月31日中医药治疗腰肌劳损研究文献。采用NoteExpress3.8软件管理并剔除重复文献,采用VOSviewer1.6.20软件对作者、关键词进行可视化分析,利用CiteSpace6.2.R2软件统计纳入文献发文情况,进行关键词聚类、时间线和突现分析。结果共纳入1033篇文献,发文量呈波动上升-下降趋势。纳入文献来源于296种期刊,发文量前15位期刊共发表339篇文章,《实用中医药杂志》《按摩与康复医学》《中国民间疗法》发文较多。涉及665个研究机构,其中广西中医药大学附属医院发文最多。纳入文献涉及2150位作者,发文较多的有王粤湘、赵苗、王维娜、王伟。涉及1290个关键词,其中频次≥4的关键词有116个,形成12个聚类,突现词“温针灸”突现强度最高。结论中医药治疗腰肌劳损近年取得明显进展,侧重临床疗效观察,主要通过针灸、推拿、温针灸等手段缓解疼痛、改善功能,结合现代康复理念提升治疗效果。目前研究团队合作较弱,需加强多机构协作,推动规范化研究与建立多元治疗模式。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends in TCM treatment for lumbar muscle strain from 1993 to 2023.Methods Research literature about TCM treatment for lumbar muscle strain was retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data from January 1,1993 to December 31,2023.After removing duplicates using NoteExpress 3.8,the remaining studies were analyzed using VOSviewer 1.6.20 software for visualization analysis on the authors and keywords,and CiteSpace 6.2.2 software was used to statistically analyze the publication status of included literature,and conduct keyword clustering,timeline,and emergence analysis.Results A total of 1033 articles were included,with a trend showing an increase,fluctuation,and subsequent decline in publication volume.The articles were published in 296 journals,with the top 15 journals contributing 339 articles.Leading journals included Practical Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Massage and Rehabilitation Medicine,and Chinese Folk Therapy.The studies involved 665 institutions,with Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital having the most publications.These studies involved 2150 authors,with prolific contributors such as Wang Yuexiang,Zhao Miao,Wang Weina and Wang Wei.A total of 1290 keywords were identified,116 of which appeared at least 4 times.12 clusters were formed,and the emergent word“warm acupuncture and moxibustion”had the highest emergent intensity.Conclusion In recent years,significant progress has been made in the study of TCM for lumbar muscle strain,with a primary focus on clinical efficacy.Common therapeutic approaches include acupuncture and moxibustion,tuina,and warm acupuncture,which aim to relieve pain and improve lumbar function.Integration with modern rehabilitation concepts further enhances treatment outcomes.However,current research collaboration remains limited,highlighting the need for strengthened multi-institutional cooperation to promote standardized research and diversified treatment strategies.
