摘要：“阳急则反折,阴急则俯不伸”出自《灵枢》,是阴阳辨证在经筋病辨筋论治中的重要体现。非特异性下腰痛属“经筋病”范畴,以腰部疼痛和活动受限为主要表现,病理改变是筋急,病理产物是筋结。针刀具有针和刀的双重优势,可调气和血、疏通经络、疏筋解结,解除非特异性下腰痛的筋结点,缓解疼痛,恢复腰椎屈伸功能。王海东教授将“阳急则反折,阴急则俯不伸”理论应用于非特异性下腰痛的针刀治疗,取得较好疗效。
“Yang urgency leads to reflexion,while Yin urgency leads to prostration”is from“Ling Shu”,which is an important manifestation of Yinyang identification in the treatment of tendon identification of tendon diseases.Non-specific lower back pain(NLBP)belongs to the category of“tendon disease”,mainly manifested by lumbar pain and limitation of movement,with pathological change of tendon urgency and the pathological product of tendon knot.Needle knife has the advantages of both needles and knives,which can regulate Qi and blood,unblock meridians,untie tendons and knots,release the tendon knots of NLBP,relieve pain and restore flexion and extension function of lumbar spine.Professor Wang Haidong expert in acupuncture,applied the theory of“Yang urgency leads to reflexion and Yin urgency leads to prostration”to the treatment of NLBP,which can improve therapeutic efficacy of disease and shorten recovery time,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
