摘要：目的:观察健脾降脂灵对肥胖或偏胖的高脂血症患者血脂和临床症状的影响。方法:根据有关标准选择肥胖或偏胖的高脂血症患者,将入选病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用健脾降脂灵,对照组服用血脂康,观察服药前后血脂变化及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组30例中显效17例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率为86.7%;对照组30例中显效15例,有效8例,无效7例,总有效率为76.7%。对照组停药1月后有效率降至36.7%,而治疗组停药1个月后有效率仍然高达66.7%,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。说明中药健脾降脂灵的疗效稳定,且远期疗效优于血脂康。结论:健脾降脂灵对肥胖或偏胖的高脂血症患者有良好的调整血脂和改善症状作用,且作用持久,疗效稳定。
Objective:To observe the effect of the Jianpi Jiangzhi Ling(abridged JPJZL) prescription on the blood-fat and clinical symptoms of the fatty or moderate fatty hyperlipoidemia patients. Methods:After selecting the fatty or moderate fatty hyperlipoidemia patients according to the relevant criterion, the selected case were invided into therapy group and control group. The therapy group took the JPJZL prescription and the control group took Xuezhikang capsule. To examine the improvement conditions of clinical symptoms and the change of blood-fat arounding taking medicine. Results:There were 17 cases taking marked effect in the therapy group(30 cases) and 9 cases taking effect and 4 cases taking inefficacy. The total effective rate was 86.7%. There were 15 cases taking marked effect in the control group (30 cases) and 8 cases taking effect and 7cases taking inefficacy. The total effective rate was 76.7%. The effective rate of the control group reduced to 36.7% after stopping taking medicine about 1 month. The effective rate of the therapy group still could reach 66.7%, having significance difference(P<0.05) comparing with the control group. This proved that the therapeutic effectiveness of the JPJZL prescription was stable and the late result was superior to the Xuezhikang capsule. Conclusion:The JPJZL prescription was favorablely effective in regulating blood-fat and improving symptom to the fatty or moderate fatty hyperlipoidemia patient, lasting effect, stable therapeutic effectiveness.
