摘要：目的探讨丹参酮胶囊联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的61例重度痤疮患者随机分为两组,PDT组(30例),给予ALA-PDT治疗;联合组(31例),给予口服丹参酮胶囊,并结合ALA-PDT治疗。两组同时外用甲硝唑凝胶。比较两组患者在治疗后的疗效及不良反应,并随访3个月。结果治疗6,8周后,联合组治疗重度痤疮患者的有效率(78.57%,96.15%)分别高于PDT组(53.57%,72.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两组在治疗重度痤疮方面均有明显的疗效;联合组比PDT组在第6,8周时疗效更明显。从某种意义上看,联合组治疗重度痤疮可以缩短治疗疗程,减轻患者经济负担,且安全性更高。
Objective Clinical comparative observation of Tanshinone capsule and photodynamic therapy （PDT） com- bination phototherapy in the treatment of severe acne. Methods The 61 cases patients diagnosed with sever acne were randomly divided into two groups, PDT group （30 cases） treated only with ALA-PDT and com- bined groups（31 cases） treated with oral Tanshinone capsules plus ALA-PDT methods during the treatment, both two group were given topical Metronidazole gel. The curative effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups of patients after treatment, and followed up for 3 months. Results In 6, 8 weeks after treatment, the efficient treatment of combined group with severe acne （78.57%, 96. 15% ） were higher than that of PDT group （53.57%, 72. 00% ）, and two groups had significant statistical difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The two groups showed curative effect in treatment of moderately severe acne. The curative effect of combined group with the PDT group is more obvious in the 6, 8 weeks. Combined group shows shorten treatment course and reduction of economic burden. Combined group＇s methods is safe than only PDT treatment.
