摘要：目的通过真实世界研究方法分析并挖掘仝小林院士治疗围绝经期2型糖尿病的用药规律。方法选取2007年3月至2018年6月就诊于中国中医科学院广安门医院仝小林门诊的围绝经期2型糖尿病患者的诊疗信息,对用药规律进行归纳、分析、总结。结果共纳入368例病例,涉及中药267味,45味高频中药,46条关联药对,9条聚类。结论仝小林院士在诊治围绝经期2型糖尿病过程中,将女性围绝经期的病理生理特点与2型糖尿病病机进行结合,调态基础上重视专药打靶,兼顾疾病发展的全程,选方用药特点可总结为“药少、力专、量精、效好”,对临床具有指导意义。
Objective Through the real world research method to analyze and explore the herbal administration regularity of Tong Xiaolin in the treatment of perimenopausal type 2 diabetes.Methods The patient was diagnosed as perimenopausal type 2 diabetes from March 2007 to June 2018 in tong Xiaolin Clinic of Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Then we use relevant software for induction,analysis and summary.Results A total of 368 cases were included,including 267 Chinese medicines,45 high-frequency Chinese medicines,46 associated drug pairs,and 9 clusters.Conclusion When Academician Tong Xiaolin treated perimenopausal type 2 diabetes,often combine the pathophysiological characteristics of perimenopausal women with the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.On the basis of overall regulation,emphasize special drug targeting and the whole process of disease development.The characteristics of drug selection and use are summarized as"Drugs are few but powerful","The dosage is accurate and the effect is good".This is of guiding significance to clinical practice.
