摘要:优化黄芪总黄酮提取效率。以黄芪药材为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验对黄芪总黄酮提取料液比、乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间等4个关键工艺参数进行优化,得出最佳工艺参数。结果发现,最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶18,乙醇体积分数70%,提取温度70℃,提取时间90 min。该工艺条件下黄芪总黄酮提取量为2.53 mg/g。表明该优化后提取工艺方法更为合理,可为黄芪总黄酮的提取和工业化生产提供理论参考和技术支持。
To obstain high extract rate of total flavonoids,using Radix Astragali as raw material,the influences of solid-liquid ratio,the volume fraction of ethanol,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction effect were discussed by single factor experiments and orthogonal test.The best combination of process parameters was obtained:the solid-liquid ratio was 1:18,the volume fraction of ethanol was 70%,the extraction temperature was 70℃,the extraction time was 90 min.Under this process,the yield of total flavonoids was 2.53 mg·g^-1.The results showed that the extraction process was reasonale.It can provide theoretical reference and technical support for the extraction of total flavonoids from Radix Astragali and industrial production.
