摘要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是现代临床一种常见的慢性代谢性骨科疾病。中医学早在先秦时代就提出五脏相通的“五脏一体观”理念。笔者借助现代分子生物学的研究成果“肠道微生态”,从现代医学理念去阐释中医学五脏经肠道微生态对骨质疏松症产生的影响,以期为中医学防治骨质疏松症提供新的研究思路。
Osteoporosis(OP)is a common chronic metabolic orthopedic disease.As early as the pre-Qin period,Chinese medicine put forward the concept of five visceral organs in one.In this paper,with the help of the research result of modern molecular biology,intestinal microecology,the authors explain the impact of TCM five viscera intestinal microecology on osteoporosis from the perspective of modern medical concept,in order to provide a new research direction for TCM prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
