摘要：本文主要分析了科学发展观对大学建设的重要指导作用，得到了大学建设在新时代应具有自身特色的多元办学思路的结论。现阶段我国高校的发展存在着一些不足，大学建设应以科学发展观为指导，运用先进的大学理念，进行因地制宜、与时俱进的改革和创新，以适应中国高等教育发展的新形势。
At present, there are some deficiencies in the development of China＇s universities. However, Scientific concept of development has a significant impact on running universities. This paper analyzes the important guiding role of the Scientific concept of development in the building of universities, and discusses that the building of the University should have diversified ideas to run university based on its characteristics.
