摘要：目的:观察火针配合拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将84例符合纳入标准急性期带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组42例,治疗组患者对疱疹部位进行火针治疗后,再进行拔罐治疗,治疗前3天1日1次,之后隔日1次;对照组西药治疗,予以阿昔洛韦片、维生素B1、甲钴胺片口服治疗,两组均10天为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察临床疗效、疼痛VAS评分及后遗神经痛的发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率92.9%,对照组总有效率80.1%,经统计学处理,两组比较总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组治疗后疼痛VAS评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后疼痛VAS评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),疗程结束1个月后,治疗组后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:火针配合拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹疗效确切,优于口服西药,可快速缓解疼痛程度,操作更为简便,明显降低后遗神经痛发生,适宜临床广泛推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical e fficacy of fire acupuncture combined with cupping in the treatment of acute herpes zoster.Methods:Eightyfour patients with acute herpes zoster who were eligible for inclusion were randomly assigned to a treatment group of 42 patients and a control group of 42 patients.The patients in the treatment group were treated with fire acupuncture at the herpes area combined with cupping treatment,in which one dose was given 3 days before treatment and once every other day;the control group received western medicine treatment of acyclovir tablets,vitamin B1,mecobalamin tablets orally,and these 2 groups were treated for 10 days,which was a course of treatment,after 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain VAS score and the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 92.9%in the treatment group and 80.1%in the control group.After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference in pain VAS score between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of postoperative neuralgia in the treatment group was 1 month after the end of the treatment period,which was lower than that of the control group significantly.Conclusion:Fire needle combined with cupping for the treatment of acute herpes zoster is more effective than oral western medicine,it can quickly relieve pain,and it is easy to operate,and it can significantly reduce the occurrence of post-neural pain,which is suitable for clinical application.
