摘要:目的:据2013—2016年调查,甘肃省黄芩灰霉病发生严重,常年发病率为10~15%,严重度2~3级。本研究旨在明确该病在甘肃省的发生情况及其病原菌的分类地位,为该病的防控提供一定的理论依据。方法:通过植物病害田间调查确定病害发生情况,将形态学和分子生物学方法相结合确定病原分类地位。结果:黄芩灰霉病症状主要表现为在叶片和茎秆上形成褐色病斑,严重时整株叶片干枯,植株死亡。病原菌分生孢子梗褐色,多隔,长宽450.0~716.6μm×9.4~18.8μm;分生孢子长椭圆形至椭圆形,无色,大小8.2~16.5μm×5.9~8.2(平均10.6×7.3)μm。基于形态学和r DNA ITS基因片段构建的系统发育树分析,将黄芩灰霉病病原鉴定为灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea Pers.)。结论:黄芩灰霉病在甘肃省各个黄芩产区均有发生,依据病害传播规律,将栽培措施和药剂喷施相结合进行病害的防治。
Objective:During disease surveys on medicinal plants in Gansu province in 2013-2016,we found that gray mold on Scutellaria baicalensis was a serious disease with 10~15% disease incidence and 2~3 level of disease severity.The study of the disease incidence and the pathogen identification will provide scientific basis to the control of the disease.Methods:The disease incidence in Gansu province was determined by field surveys.Morphological and molecular methods were combined to identify the pathogen.Results:The disease leads to leaf lesions and plant blight.The conidiophore of the causal pathogen is brown,multi septate,450.0~716.6 μm×9.4~18.8 μm in size;the conidia is aseptate,colorless,ellipsoidal,8.2~16.5 μm ×5.9~8.2(mean=10.6×7.3)μm in size.Based on morphological characteristics and rDNA internal transcribed spacer sequence analysis the fungi is identified as Botrytis cinerea Pers.S.baicalensis gray mold appears in all the planting areas in Gansu province.Conclusion:The cultivation methods and chemical control methods should be combined to control this disease.
