摘要：燥痹即现代医学所说的干燥综合征,属于自身免疫性疾病,起病隐匿,症状多样,治疗棘手。记载于武威医简中的“治鲁氏青行解解腹方”温清并用,标本同治,恰合燥痹阳虚寒凝证之病因病机,且体现了《内经》“辛以润之”的治燥思路,临床运用疗效颇佳。
Dryness arthralgia syndrome is called Sjogren’s syndrome in modern medicine.It belongs to autoimmune disease.The onset is hidden,the symptoms are diverse,and the treatment is difficult.The “Zhilushi Qingxingjie Jiefu Fang” recorded in Wuwei medical bamboo slips is used with both warmth and symptoms,which is just in line with the etiology and pathogenesis of dryness Bi Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome,and reflects the dryness treatment idea of “Moistening Through Pungent Drugs” in “Neijing”,with good clinical application effect.
