摘要：目的观察推拿疗法对小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法将120例0~5岁支气管肺炎患儿随机分为2组,均采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用推拿疗法。结果治疗组临床痊愈39例,显效18例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率98.3%;对照组临床痊愈18例,显效20例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率86.6%。2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论推拿疗法辅助治疗5岁以下小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著,方法简便易行,值得儿科临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of massage therapy in treating pediatric bronchial pneumonia.Methods 120 cases of bronchitis patients,0 to 5 years old,were randomized into treatment group（60 cases） and control group（60 cases）.Two groups were treated conventionally.The treatment group was additionally given massage.Results 39 cases were cured;18 cases got obvious effect,2 cases were effective,1 case invalid,total efficiency 98.3% in treatment group;18 cases cured,20 cases obvious effect,14 cases effective,1 case invalid,total efficiency 86.6% in control group.The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group statistically（P0.05）.Conclusion Adjuvant massage therapy in treating bronchial pneumonia patients no more than five years old can get obvious effect,the method being simple and easy,worthy of broad clinical application.
