摘要：和谐学术环境是产生学术成果的土壤,没有和谐的学术环境就很难有创新性的学术成果。目前,我国高校普遍存在的学术成果垃圾化、学术活动失范化现象,主要是由学术活动行政化所致。建立独立于行政的学术机构,完善学术评价机制和技术,创建良性学术环境,是高校学术建设的一项重要任务。
Harmonious academic environment gives birth to good achievement.Without harmonious academic environment it is almost impossible to achieve innovative academic results.Nowadays,it is a common phenomenon that most of the academic achievements are almost equal to rubbish and the academic activities lack standards,which is largely due to the bureaucracy of the academic activity.Therefore,it is an important task for universities to build an academic organization independent of the administrative organization,to perfect the evaluation mechanism and technology,and to create good academic environment.
