摘要:陇菜属于中国众多菜系中的一种,甘肃的环境造就了陇菜的独有特色.陇菜菜名主要有写实命名和写意命名两种命名方法,既符合中国菜名的基本命名方法,又富含浓郁的地方特色和民俗风情.在对陇菜菜名进行英译时,要根据菜名的命名方法及菜品的独有特点,择优选用直译、音译、意译、加注等多种方法.
Long dishes (Gansu dishes) is one of the Chinese cuisine, the environment of Gansu has created a unique characteristic of Gansu cuisine. There are two ways of naming Gansu dishes: realistic naming and meaning based naming, which conform to the Chinese dishes basic naming tradition and also have rich local characteristics and folk customs. The English translation of Gansu dishes should be based on the dish -naming methods and unique characteristics of the food itself by making preferred choice of literal translation, transliteration, free translation and annotation.
