摘要:目的:探讨舒经玫瑰胶囊对小鼠原发性痛经的保护作用。方法:以小鼠子宫组织匀浆中MDA及Ca^(2+)为指标进行实验观察。结果:舒经玫瑰胶囊对小鼠原发性病经子宫组织匀浆中MDA与Ca^(2+)的降低有显著的作用(P<0.01)。结论:舒经玫瑰胶囊通过对小鼠子宫组织匀浆中MDA和Ca^(2+)含量的影响,对小鼠原发性痛经起到保护作用。
Objective: To approach the medicine-Red Rose Capsule for releasing the dysmenorrhea -protective actions to the mice's primary dysmenorrhea. Method: To observe the indexes-MDA, Ca2+-from the mice's tissue homogenate in order to prove the medicine's curative effect. Result: The medicine-Red Rose Capsule for releasing the dysmenorrhea-can obviously decrease the MDA and Ca2+ to primary dysmenorrhea. Conclusion : The medicine-Red Rose Capsule for releasing the dysmenorrhea-has very obviously protective action to primary dysmenorrhea by the way to influence the MDA and Ca2+ of the tissue homogenate.
