摘要：亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(SCH)是轻度的甲状腺功能衰竭,促甲状腺激素和甲状腺激素浓度的细微变化都会对心血管系统产生不利影响。多项研究提示SCH与心血管疾病具有相关性。有研究表明亚临床甲状腺疾病的治疗可改善心血管危险因素,这意味着心血管疾病的可能获益。本文就SCH与心血管疾病风险的关联及其是否需要干预治疗等研究现状作一综述。
Subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH) is a mild thyroid failure. Thyroid Stimulating Hormone(TSH) and subtle changes in the concentration of thyroid hormone will have an adverse effect on the cardiovascular system. A number of studies suggest that SCH is related to cardiovascular disease. Studies have shown that the treatment of subclinical thyroid disease can improve cardiovascular risk factors, which means that cardiovascular disease may benefit. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between SCH and cardiovascular disease risk and whether intervention is needed.
