摘要：随着我国老龄化人口比例逐渐增加,骨质疏松症的发病率也逐渐增高。骨质疏松的主要特征是骨密度降低、骨脆性增加,会严重影响人们的正常生活,加重国家的医疗负担。近年来,中药淫羊藿防治骨质疏松取得显著成果,因此,本文以淫羊藿为研究对象,从其提取物、有效成分及组方等方面总结了淫羊藿治疗OP的相关研究,以期从多方面揭示中药淫羊藿治疗OP的机制研究,拓宽淫羊藿的研究思路。
With the proportion of aging population in our country is gradually increasing,the incidence of osteoporosis is also gradually increasing.The main characteristics of osteoporosis are decreased bone density and increased bone fragility,which can seriously affect people’s normal lives and increase the country’s medical burden.In recent years,Chinese medicine Epimedium has achieved remarkable result in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Therefore,this paper took Epimedium as the research object,and summarized the related research on the treatment of OP from the aspects of its extracts,effective components and prescriptions,in order to reveal the mechanism of Chinese medicine Epimedium in the treatment of OP from many aspects and broaden the research ideas of Epimedium.
