摘要：敦煌《灸经图》是一部普及灸法治疗、重灸的针灸古籍,是我国现存较早的灸法专著,《灸经图》组方既能治未病、保健防衰老,又可用于内、外、妇、儿、五官等系统的40多种病症,具有重要的学术价值和文献价值。其中灸治妇科疾病"带下"有记载。"宫寒"即"胞宫寒冷",是中医对妇女疾病证候的一种阐述,是妇科"带下"的重要原因之一。可以通过艾灸治疗妇科的"宫寒"引起"带下"的相关疾病。敦煌《灸经图》的灸治理论及临床应用值得学习挖掘并应用于临床。
Jiujingtu from Dunhuang Cave is an ancient book of moxibustion treatment and heavy moxibustion,which is an earlier treatise on moxibustion in China,which can not only cure the disease,protect the health and prevent the aging,but also can be used for more than 40 kinds of diseases such as internal,external,women,children,facial features and so on.It has important academic value and literature value.Among them,moxibustion for gynecological diseases has been recorded,and can treat department of gynaecology ‘daixia’.Becouse ‘Gong han’ means ‘cold in uterus’ and it is a description of women’s disease syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.Gynecological,‘cold in uterus’ related diseases,can be treat by moxibustion treatment.It is worth learning moxibustion in Jiujingtu and applying it in clinic.
