摘要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)总结失眠的用药规律,为临床治疗失眠提供参考依据。方法:以"失眠"、"中药"、"中成药"和"中成药复方"作为检索词,检索入口为"篇名"收集2011~2017年213篇学术期刊中治疗失眠的处方共168个,应用中医传承辅助平台建立方剂数据库,基于数据挖掘方法,分析处方中的用药规律。结果:数据库治疗失眠168首方中涉及中药140味,其中出现频次≥30的药物有24味,总结常用药对及组合19个,潜在核心组合16个,并演化新方8个。结论:本处方失眠的药物配伍以安神药为基础,随证加减以补气、补血、滋阴、活血、化痰等药。为中医临床治疗失眠和中药新药研发提供了参考依据。
Objective Based on the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform （ V2. 5 ） summed up the medication rules of insomnia, to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of insomnia. Method ＂Insomnia＂, ＂traditional Chinese medicine＂, ＂Chinese medicine＂, ＂traditional Chinese medicine＂ as key words, search for ＂entrance of insomnia＂ collected in 2011 ~ 2017 and there are 213 academic journals in the prescription of a total of 168, the application of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support platform for the establishment of prescription database, data mining method based on the analysis of regular medication prescription. Results 168 the first party in the treatment of insomnia database involves 140 herbs which appear more than 30 frequency drugs have 24 kinds, summarizes the commonly used for treatment and combination of the 19, 16 combinations of potential core, and the evolution of new party 8. Conclusion The prescription of insomnia drugs based on sedative drugs, with treatment with Qi, blood, nourishing Yin, activating blood, phlegm and other medicine. Provides the reference for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine insomnia drug research.
