摘要：目的:基于CiteSpace软件对中医五音相关的文献进行可视化分析,探索我国中医五音领域研究现状、热点和趋势,以期为该领域的临床应用和科学研究提供参考。方法:通过检索2002年—2022年中国知网(CNKI)数据库与中医五音主题相关的文献,采用CiteSpace5.8R3软件对发文作者、研究机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果:研究共纳入文献915篇,文献时间分布显示,中医五音研究领域发文数量不多,但整体发展趋势呈现逐年稳定增长。该领域尚未形成核心研究机构和作者团队。结论:中医五音领域的研究正处于发展阶段,对该领域的关注有待进一步提高,研究机构、发文作者间缺乏合作且研究范围较为局限,未来可开展跨地域、多机构、多学科合作,拓展研究范围。
Objective: Based on CiteSpace software, visual analysis of the literature related to the TCM five tones was conducted to explore the research status, hotspots and trends of the TCM five tones in China, in order to provide reference for clinical application and scientific research in this field. Methods: The literatures related to TCM five tones from 2002 to 2022 were retrieved from CNKI database,and CiteSpace5.8R3 software was used for visual analysis of authors, research institutions and keywords. Results: A total of 915 literatures were included in this study. The time distribution of literatures showed that the number of publications in the field of TCM five tones research was small, but the overall development trend showed a steady increase year by year. The field has yet to form a core research institution and a team of authors. Conclusions: The research on the TCM five tones is in the development stage, and attention to this field needs to be further improved. There is a lack of cooperation between research institutions and authors, and the research scope is limited. In the future, cross-regional, multi-institution and multi-disciplinary cooperation can be carried out to expand the research scope.
