摘要：目的观察敦煌古方"紫苏煎"对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法将42只大鼠随机分为模型组、止咳化痰冲剂组(冲剂组)、紫苏煎高剂量组(紫高组)、紫苏煎低剂量组(紫低组)、空白对照组5组。采用改良烟熏法复制慢性支气管炎(CB)大鼠模型,制备肺组织病理切片,光学显微镜观察。结果空白组无明显病理形态学改变,模型组病理损害显著,治疗后紫高组较模型组病理损害显著恢复,紫低组和冲剂组有所恢复。结论敦煌古方"紫苏煎"能显著改善CB大鼠支气管、肺组织损伤程度,对肺组织和支气管具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Dunhuang ancient decoction Zisujian for chronic bronchitis （CB） rats. Methods 42 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups which were model group, chongji group, higher dose Zisujian group, lower dose Zisujian group and normal group. The CB rats model were copied by improved smoking method. Prepared the pathological section of lung tissue and observed by optical microscope. Results The normal group had no change while model group damaged notably in pathologic picture. The higher dose Zisujian group recovered more than model group after therapy. The lower Zisujian group and chongji group recovered a few. Conclusion Dunhuang ancient decoction Zisujian can improve the damage degree of lung tissue and bronchus in CB rats, that is to say, Zisujian have protect effect for lung tissue and bronchus.
