摘要:目的:近年来,中医药在细胞分子领域中的作用被研究者所熟知,而它们的免疫作用更是这些年研究的热潮。黄芪甲苷(Astragaloside Ⅳ,AS-Ⅳ)是黄芪中有效成分之一,许多药理研究已经证实AS-Ⅳ可以增强人体的免疫力,提高人们的抗病能力。而人体的免疫力相当于中医学中的正气,正气存内,邪不可干,邪之所凑,其气必虚。其在抗病毒、抗应激、改善心肺功能等方面的研究众多,文章将通过对近年来AS-Ⅳ在免疫细胞方面的相关文献查阅分析及资料收集,研究AS-Ⅳ在免疫细胞方面的作用机制,从而为免疫相关疾病做出最佳诊断以及合理的诊疗思路提供可靠依据。在现代科学技术的帮助下,AS-Ⅳ在疾病当中发挥的治疗作用有了明确的科学依据,从而更加广泛的被应用于各科疾病,比如肿瘤、结核杆菌、动脉粥样硬化、脓毒血症、败血症及哮喘等疾病。探究黄芪甲苷与免疫相关疾病的具体作用机制是必要的,其在分子机制方面的探讨比较少,还需研究者继续努力,从而为临床用药治疗做贡献。
In recent years, the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of cell and molecule has been well known by researchers, and their immune effect is the upsurge of research in recent years. Astragaloside Ⅳ(AS-Ⅳ) is one of the effective components of Astragalus membranaceus. Many pharmacological studies have confirmed that AS-Ⅳ can enhance human immunity and improve people’s disease resistance. The immunity of the human body is equivalent to the healthy qi in traditional Chinese medicine. The healthy qi is stored in the body, and the evil cannot invade. When the evil is gathered together, the healthy qi will be empty. There are many studies on AS-Ⅳ’s anti-virus, anti-stress and improving cardiopulmonary function. This paper will study the action mechanism of AS-Ⅳ in immune cells by consulting and analyzing the relevant literature and data collection of AS-Ⅳ in recent years, so as to provide a reliable basis for the best diagnosis and reasonable diagnosis and treatment of immune related diseases. With the help of modern science and technology, the therapeutic role of AS-Ⅳ in diseases has a clear scientific basis, so it is more widely used in various diseases, such as tumor, mycobacterium tuberculosis, atherosclerosis, sepsis and asthma. It is necessary to explore the specific mechanism of astragaloside Ⅳ and immune related diseases. There is little discussion on its molecular mechanism, therefore, researchers still need to continue their efforts, so as to contribute to clinical medication and treatment.
