摘要：孤本《幼科秘诀》是清代陈氏所撰儿科著作,共载从婴儿初生沐浴及患常见疾病36个病证,涉及方剂68首,其内容精炼,医理严谨,配方简单,实用效捷,价值不菲。书中对咳嗽、吐泻、惊风、腹痛、疳疾等小儿常见疾病的症状、疗方都有所翔实论述。对临证辨治儿科病提供了宝贵经验。
The only existing copy of Youke Mijue is a pediatric book written by CHEN in Qing Dynasty,which contains a total of 36 syndromes including those which begin when bathing at birth and those common diseases,and involves 68 prescriptions.Its content is refined,medical science rigorous,prescription simple and practical;the book is of high value and quick effect and is valuable.Besides,there are detailed discussions on symptoms of common pediatric diseases including cough,vomiting and diarrhea,convulsion,abdominal pain and malnutrition,and prescriptions of treatment.In short,the book provides valuable experience for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases.
