摘要:目的:了解清热祛瘀方对慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠血清中炎症因子IL-4、IL-10、TNF-α及血液流变学的影响。方法:60只Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为6组,假手术组,模型组,清热祛瘀方高、中、低剂量组(21.0,10.5,5.3g/kg)及阳性对照组金刚藤胶囊(0.63g/kg),除假手术组外,其他各组通过苯酚胶浆注入大鼠子宫法建立盆腔炎大鼠模型;在清热祛瘀方的干预下观察该方对大鼠血液流变学、血清白介素(IL-4、IL-10)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。结果:清热祛瘀方可明显降低血清TNF-α含量水平,提高血清IL-4、IL-10的表达;同时,还能明显改善血液流变学(P<0.05)。结论:清热祛瘀方通过降低致炎因子TNF-α及大鼠血液流变学的相关指标,提高抑炎因子IL-4、IL-10的表达恢复机体炎症因子平衡,有效抑制CPID炎症,缓解盆腔血瘀。
Objective: To understand the therapeutic effects of the Qingre Quyu prescription on inflammatory factors such as IL-4,IL-10, TNF-α and hemorheology in serum of rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method: 60 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, namely the sham operation group, model group, high dose Qingre Quyu prescription group, medium dose Qingre Quyu prescription group, low dose Qingre Quyu prescription group(21.0, 10.5, 5.3 g/kg) and positive control Jingangteng capsule group(0.63 g/kg), except the sham operation group, the model of pelvic inflammatory disease of uterus in rats were established in the other groups by injection of phenol mucilage. The effects of the Qingre Quyu prescription on hemorheology, serum interleukin(IL-4, IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) of rats after the intervention were observed. Results: The Qingre Quyu prescription could significantly increase IL-4 and IL-10 expression level and markedly decreased TNF-α expression level(P〈0.05). In addition, the Qingre Quyu prescription could significantly improve the hemorheology in serum of rats(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Qingre Quyu prescription could reduce the expression of inflammatory factors IL-4 and IL-10, and restore the inflammatory factors balance by inhibiting the related indexes of proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α and rat blood rheology, in addition to effectively inhibiting CPID inflammation and relieving pelvic blood stasis.
