摘要：癫痫是小儿常见的脑病之一,中医药治疗癫痫疗效显著,优势明显。本文主要介绍张士卿教授运用中医药治疗小儿癫痫的经验。根据癫痫的病症特点,张教授总结风、痰、瘀是癫痫发生及反复发作的关键病理因素,痰瘀交阻、伏滞脑窍是癫痫发生及反复发作的主要病机核心,外风引动或机体脏腑失调致肝风内动是癫痫发生及反复发作的重要诱因;治疗当从风、痰、瘀着手,拟方平痫冲剂以活血祛瘀、化痰止痉、息风定痫。
Epilepsy is one of the common encephalopathies in children.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect and advantages in treating epilepsy.This article mainly introduces Professor Zhang Shiqing's experience in treating infantile epilepsy with traditional Chinese medicine.According to the characteristics of epilepsy,Professor Zhang concluded that wind,phlegm and blood stasis are the key pathological factors for the occurrence and recurrent seizures of epilepsy.Phlegm and blood stasis obstruction and stagnation of brain orifices are the key pathogenesis for the occurrence and recurrent seizures of epilepsy.External wind-induced movement or internal liver wind-induced movement caused by body viscera imbalance are the important inducements for the occurrence and recurrent seizures of epilepsy.Based on wind-phlegm and stasis theory,the prescription of Pingxian granules is to promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,reduce phlegm and prevent spasm,so as to prevent seizures.
