摘要：目的:基于中医传承辅助系统分析曹玉山教授治疗慢性心力衰竭的用药规律及经验。方法:选取曹玉山教授治疗慢性心力衰竭的门诊医案,录入"中医传承辅助系统",采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,分析曹玉山教授治疗慢性心力衰竭的用药规律及经验。结果:对87个中药处方分析发现,曹玉山教授治疗慢性心力衰竭常用葶苈子、茯苓、玉竹、丹参、甘草、香加皮、泽泻、桂枝、黄芪、桑白皮;常用药对45组;得到治疗慢性心力衰竭的4个新处方。结论:曹教授认为,心衰病机特点是阳气亏虚、血瘀痰浊水饮停聚,故治以温阳益气、化痰祛瘀利水为基本治法。中医传承辅助系统能够帮助分析总结名老中医临床经验。
Objective： To analyze professor CAO Yu-shan＇s medication rules and experiences in treating chronic heart failure（ CHF） by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system. Methods： To collect the prescriptions used for treating CHF and signed in Professor CAO Yu-shan＇s outpatients,then enter the data into the ＂TCM inheritance support system＂. By principle analysis,revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering etc. data mining methods integrated by the software,to analyze Professor CAO Yu-shan＇s medication rules and experiences in treating CHF. Results： After the analysis of 87 Chinese medicine prescriptions,we discovered that Professor CAO Yu-shan used frequently the following Chinese herbs for treating CHF,i. e. semen lepidii,poria,polygonatum,salvia miltiorrhiza,licorice,cortex periplocae,alisma,cassia twig,astragalus and mulberry bark; and that the frequently used herb pairs were 45 groups. Also we obtained 4new prescriptions used for treating CHF. Conclusion： Professor Cao considered that the characters of CHF pathogenesis is yang-qi deficiency,blood stasis and tubid phlegm,fluid-retention stagnating and indistinct. Therefore,warming yang and invigorating qi,dissipating phlegm,removing blood stasis and promoting urination were took as basic treatment. The TCM inheritance support system can be used to analyze and summarize the famous old TCM doctors＇ clinical experiences.
