摘要：目的:探明安定区野生药用植物种类及利用情况,为该区域中药资源合理开发利用、保护及中药产业发展提供理论依据。方法:按照《第四次全国中药资源普查实施方案》,采用样方调查法、样线调查法和访问调查法等方法对甘肃省安定区野生药用植物资源进行调查,结合相关文献资料对药用植物种类进行统计分析。结果:安定区共有野生药用植物293种(含9变种),隶属59科183属,其中大部分为多年生草本植物,全草类药用植物中最多,共185种,占63.14%,根及根茎类和果实及种子类次之。所有药用植物按中药功效分清热类药最多,共96种,占32.76%,其次是活血化瘀类及止血类药。此外,安定区有中麻黄、甘草、火烧兰及角盘兰等珍稀濒危植物9种。结论:安定区野生药用植物资源种类较为丰富但蕴藏量均较少,通过调查基本摸清了该区域中药资源状况,并提出了发展建议。
Objective:To explore the species and utilization of wild medicinal plants in the Anding District,aim to provide the theoretical basis for rational development,utilization,protection and industrial development of Traditional Chinese Medicine and resource in this area.Methods:According to the technical scheme of Fourth National Survey on Chinese material medica resources,the methods of sample quadrate survey,line survey and interview survey were used to investigate the resources of wild medicinal plants in Anding District,and the species of medicinal plants were statistically analyzed based on relevant literature.Results:The results showed that there were 293 wild medicinal species(including 9 varieties)belonging to 59 families and 183 genera in Anding District,most of which were perennial herbaceous plants.There were 185 medicinal species of whole grass,accounting for 63.14%,followed by roots and rhizomes,fruits and seeds.According to the functions of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the most of all medicinal plants were heat-related drugs,accounting for 32.76%,followed by blood circulation and hemostasis drugs.In addition,there were 9 species of rare and endangered wild medicinal plants in the area,such as Ephedra intermedia Schrenk ex Mey.,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,Epipactis helleborine(L.)Crantz and Herminium monorchis(L.)R.Br.Conclusion:The species of wild medicinal plant resources in Anding district were relatively rich,but the reserves were small.This survey basically found out the situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine resources in this area,and put forward some suggestions for further development.
