摘要:目的:探讨丁苯酞的镇咳、祛痰及抗炎作用。方法:将KM小鼠随机分为丁苯酞高、中、低剂量组(0.2,0.1和0.05 g·kg^(-1))及各对照组,测定咳嗽潜伏期与咳嗽次数、气管酚红分泌量、耳廓与足肿胀度、滑膜炎渗出物中总蛋白与TNF-α的含量。结果:0.2 g·kg^(-1)丁苯酞可延长小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数,增加气管酚红分泌量(P<0.05);0.1和0.2 g·kg^(-1)丁苯酞可降低二甲苯所致小鼠的耳廓肿胀度,0.05,0.1和0.2 g·kg^(-1)丁苯酞可降低甲醛所致小鼠的足肿胀度以及小鼠气囊滑膜炎渗出物中总蛋白的含量,其中0.2 g·kg^(-1)丁苯酞可降低气囊滑膜炎渗出物中TNF-α的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:丁苯酞具有明显的抗炎作用,同时有一定的镇咳、祛痰作用,而抗炎作用可能是其镇咳、祛痰的作用机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the antitussive, expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects of butylphthalide in mice. Methods: Mice were divided into butylphthalide( 0. 2,0. 1,0. 05 g·kg-1) and control groups. Cough latent period and cough times,phenol red secretion,swelling degree of ear and foot,and the levels of total protein and tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) in synovitis of exudates were measured. Results:Butylphthalide at a dose of 0. 2 g·kg-1could prolong cough latent period,reduce cough times,promote the secretion of phenol red and depress the levels of TNF-α in synovitis of exudates( P 〈 0. 05). Butylphthalide could depress the swelling degree of ear at the doses of 0. 1 and 0. 2 g·kg-1,depress the swelling degree of foot and the levels of total protein in synovitis of exudates at the doses of 0. 05,0. 1 and 0. 2 g·kg-1and decrease the level of TNF-α in synovitis of exudates at the dose of 0. 2 g·kg-1( P 〈 0. 05,P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion: Butylphthalide has good antiinflammatory effect and certain antitussive and expectorant effects. The anti-inflammatory effect of butylphthalide may be one of its mechanisms of antitussive and expectorant effects.
