摘要：穴位埋线疗法是近年来快速发展的针灸疗法之一,临床应用日益广泛,但其不良反应及相关研究报道较少,关注度较低。文章总结了近年来穴位埋线不良反应的相关文献,从患者不适感、线体排异反应和穴位埋线继发症状等方面总结了埋线疗法的不良反应,以及临床应对和处理措施,以期为穴位埋线疗法的临床应用和安全提供依据。并结合埋线技术规范的国家标准,认为高分子生物医学材料线体能有效减少和避免埋线疗法的不良反应,是今后埋线线体发展的主流和方向。
Implanting catgut in acupoint therapy is one of the rapid development of acupuncture therapy in recent years, and its clinical application is increasingly widespread, but there are few reports about the adverse reactions and related researches of implanting catgut in acupoint therapy, and the degree of attention is low. This artical summarized the related literatures of adverse reactions of implanting catgut in acupoint therapy in recent years, and summarized the adverse reactions of it from the aspects of patient discomfort, line rejection reaction and secondary symptoms of implanting catgut in acupoint therapy, as well as the clinical response and treatment measures, in order to provide the basis for clinical application and safety of implanting catgut in acupoint therapy. Combining with the national standard of embedding technology specification, it is considered that polymer biomedical materials thread body can effectively reduce and avoid adverse reactions of embedding therapy, which is the mainstream and direction of development of embedding thread body in the future.
