摘要:The role of PI3K/Akt in the pathological expression of patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) was investigated with the method of comparative test analysis. First of all, the cases of PCOS patients (52 groups) who had been diagnosed as patients in a department of gynaecology at a 3A hospital were selected as the research objects of the experimental group. In the same period, the non PCOS diagnosis patients (32 groups) were taken as the control group. The experimental group and the control group were not treated with hormonal drugs, and no other types of endocrine history were found. The groups were set as group No.1 (insulin resistance), group No.2 (normal), group A (endometrial carcinogenesis), and group B (normal). The experimental results show that the experimental group and the control group had P>0.05 in the aspect of Akt protein expression, and P<0.05 in the aspect of the P-AKT expression. Group No.1 and group No.2 had P>0.05 of AKT expression. Group A and group B had P>0.05 of AKT expression, and P-AKT results show that group A was superior to group B. There was little correlation among AKT expression and BMI and IR (P>0.05), while P-AKT was positively correlated with the above indexes (P<0.05).
