摘要:目的:基于网络药理学分析半夏厚朴汤的重要成分与作用机制,为半夏厚朴汤的临床应用、实验研究提供客观依据。方法:基于中药系统药理学分析平台检索半夏厚朴汤的化学成分,以口服生物利用度≥30%和类药性≥0. 18为标准筛选主要活性成分;运用Swiss Target Prediction系统依次检索各活性成分的作用靶点,并构建半夏厚朴汤活性成分-靶点网络图、靶蛋白互作网络图;利用David平台进行KEGG信号通路以及GO生物过程富集分析。结果:通过筛选共挖掘出半夏厚朴汤主要活性成分44个,其相应的作用靶点218个,并筛选出100个关键作用靶点以及10条重要的信号通路。结论:本研究初步揭示了半夏厚朴汤的药效物质基础,并探讨了半夏厚朴汤的药理作用机制,为半夏厚朴汤的临床应用以及实验研究提供了重要参考依据。
Objective: To analyze the important components and mechanism of Banxia Houpu Decoction based on network pharmacology,and to provide objective basis for clinical application and experimental research of Banxia Houpu Decoction. Methods: The chemical constituents of Banxia Houpu Decoction were retrieved based on the TCMSP platform of traditional Chinese medicine system. The main active ingredients were selected based on oral bioavailability (OB) ≥30% and drug-like properties (DL) ≥0. 18. The Swiss Target Prediction was used. The system sequentially searches the active target of each active ingredient,and constructs the active ingredient-target network diagram and target protein interaction network diagram of Banxia Houpu Decoction;the David platform is used for KEGG signal pathway and GO biological process enrichment analysis. Results: A total of 44 main active ingredients of Banxia Houpang Decoction were identified through screening,and 218 targets were correspondingly targeted. 100 key targets and 10 important signal pathways were selected. Conclusion: This study revealed the material basis of Banxia Houpu Decoction,and explored the pharmacological action mechanism of Banxia Houpu Decoction,which provided an important reference for the clinical application and experimental research of Banxia Houpu Decoction.
