摘要:目的 :观察复方中药制剂回生饮注射液 (HSI)抗实验性心律失常的疗效。方法 :74只新西兰种家兔随机分为实验组与对照组 ,前者静注 HSI10 0~ 15 0 m g/ kg,后者静注等容量生理盐水 (NS)。各组再分为 5组 ,于注射 HSI或 NS 5分钟后分别静脉给予 :肾上腺素 5 0μg/ kg,5 0 0 mg/ L的乌头碱 0 .8m l/ m in灌流 ,5 % Ca Cl22 ml/ m in灌流 ,哇巴因 180μg/ kg以及异搏定 1mg/ kg。用上述药物分别诱发严重心律失常 ,观察 HSI对实验组心律失常发生率、发生时间、持续时间及死亡率等指标的影响 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 :回生饮注射液能显著推迟并缩短由肾上腺素诱发的家兔心律失常时间 ;可显著降低由乌头碱、哇巴因所致的心室颤动 (VT)发生率和死亡率 ;可显著降低 Ca Cl2 所致的 VF发生率 ,明显延长动物的存活时间 ;可显著推迟并缩短由异搏定诱发的缓慢型心律失常 ,降低 度房室传导阻滞的发生率。结论 :回生饮注射液可延缓、降低甚至阻止严重心律失常的发生 ,对心律失常具有良好的共轭性屏障治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of Huishengyin injection (HSI,回生饮注射液) on antiarrhythmia.Methods: 74 rabbits were divided into two parts.The part for test was injected in vein HSI 100~ 150 mg/kg (the treatment group),the part for contrastion was injected in vein normol saline the same capacity (the control group).Each part was divided into five subgroups,and after injecting the HSI or normal saline five minutes,every subgroup was injected in vein these medicine:adrenalin 50 μg/kg;aconitine 500 mg/L, 0 8 ml/min ;5% CaCl 2 2 ml/min;ouabain 180 μg/kg;verapamili 1 mg/kg.These medicines cause the serious cardiac arrhythmias partly,and we observe the effects of HSI about the incidence rate on cardiac arrhythmias,the occuringtime,the lastingtime and the mortality ect,and compare to the two parts for contrastion.Results:The experiments showed that HSI could remarkable delay and shorten cardiac arrhythmias induced by adrenalin,reduced occuring rate and mortality of ventricular fibrillation induced by aconitine and ouabain;decreased incidence rate of CaCl 2 induced ventricular fibrillation;and existent time of animal were prolonged.The slow type of cardiac arrhythmias induced by verapamili was delayed and reduced,and occuring rate of atrioventricular block (AVB) of three grade was decreased.Conclusions:HSI may delay,reduce or even prevent occurrence serious cardiac arrhythmias.It has a satisfactory twoway barrier clinical effect on cardiac arrhythmias.
