摘要：以族群特色鲜明的兰州市少数民族农民工为研究对象,探索城镇化进程中发挥族群性对少数民族农民工城镇化中介效应的必要性,提出利于张扬族群性的措施,以提高少数民族农民工融入城市社会生活的能力,为相关部门科学决策提供依据。
The article takes the Lanzhou minority migrant workers with distinctive ethnic characteristics as the research object.In the process of urbanization,it is necessary to give play to the mediating effect of ethnic group on the urbanization of the minority migrant workers,and the measures are put forward to promote the ethnic group so as to improve the ability of the minority migrant workers to integrate into the urban social life and provide the basis for the scientific decision-making of the related departments.
