摘要：目的研究四逆散的质量标准。方法用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,梯度洗脱,用Kromasil C_(18)柱(4. 6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流速1. 0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-0. 05%磷酸水。结果四逆散中的主要有效成分和含量:芍药苷2. 44%、柴胡皂甙A2. 12%、柚皮苷3. 02%、甘草次酸2. 36%。10批四逆散样品在240 nm和210 nm分别确定了20,24个共有峰,且相似度分析结果均在0. 99以上。结论用HPLC方法测定四逆散中主要化学成分的含量及指纹图谱研究,方法可靠,操作简单,可用于全面控制四逆散的质量。
Objective To study the quality standard of Si-Ni-San Powder.Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),gradient elution,Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,column temperature 30 ℃,mobile phase acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid water.Results The contents of the main effective components in Si-Ni-San Powder were as follows: paeoniflorin 2.44%,saikosaponin A2.12%,naringin 3.02%,and glycyrrhetinic acid 2.36%.The 10 batches of Si-Ni-San scattered samples at 240 nm and 210 nm,respectively 20,24 consensus peaks were identified,and similarity analysis results were all above 0.99.Conclusion The HPLC method was used to determine the content of main chemical components in Si-Ni-San Powder.The method is reliable,simple in operation,reproducible,fingerprint characteristics and specificity,and can be used to fully control the quality of Si-Ni-San Powder.
